2020 has been an unbelievable year for the world! We are still reeling from the events that keep hitting us in the face. So, I decided to turn my negative energy into a positive twist for me. I got selfish, I found self-care and I took on my own version of soul-care.
When I started my entrepreneurial venture into personal training, I was Edge 2 Fitness. It stuck with me for 10 plus years. Fast forward - I put a focus into health coaching so I rebranded about 3 years ago into Radically Honest Health.
So here we are in the 4th quarter of 2020 when I think to myself, I am bored with this brand and it's missing something. I took a step back to figure out what I was not seeing.
I then realized that through Covid social distancing, two things surfaced for my business. 1) Virtual fitness training, which I had been doing for 15 years by the way; and 2) Coaching athletes to run or do triathlons. My website did not reflect either, so here we are with a new website and a very simple concept that is all about my experiences and my focus.
COACH PATTI represents the journey with my clients/athletes as we cried, laughed, celebrated and struggled to get to the finish line only to keep going to the next one. Life is always moving and change is necessary. My hope is that this new vision translates through the website and I also hope that it will inspire more people to achieve their dreams no matter how simple or tough.
Everyday we must train with a purpose....cheers!
